You think those wifi drivers get security updates? It’s gonna take you weeks to get that OS into a state that could be considered “acceptably” safe at which point you’ve negated the benefits of using it at all.

If there were any doubts as to whether this list was realistic, including Kali removed those doubts. It’s against my distributions code of conduct to bash another distro. So, sure, Kali has a place in exploit development. But, not serious coding. You may as well push your API key to the repo, or your private signing key,
